Rep Eric Cantor Says Slaughter Solution Is Unconstitutional

Today on FOX News Sunday House Rep Eric Cantor (R-VA) quotes from The Constitution to confirm the House and Senate must both pass the bill by a yea or nay vote for the bill to become Constitutional.

I have noted this in previous posts.  I have also noted that the bill may be in violation of the 10th Amendment of the Constitution as well.  The government does not have the Constitutional right to’ force’ you to buy a product they offer others for free, or to compensate one state and neglect to compensate another state.  This is a violation of the due protections clause.

Constitutionally, the Democrats are treading on thin ice.
