I love LTC West.  The man gets it.  This is an American everyone should be proud of.

Missouri Lt Gov Files Personal Lawsuit Against ObamaCare

Missouri Lt Gov Pete Kindler has filed a lawsuit accusing Congress of overstepping its authority with the federal health care overhaul.

Mr. Kindler’s lawsuit  is an ‘as applied’ challenge, in that, as we learn more about the health care bill by it being applied, we also learn more about how its application hurts others. 

Basically, no one really knows what the negative effects of the law are, until someone who is, or will be, injured by the law speaks up.

Mr. Kindler is joined in the lawsuit by 3 others who claim they, or family members, will be ‘injured’ by the enactment of ObamaCare.

Ms Sarah Palin’s new internet ad enlightens us on the rise of the Conservative Woman and the concerns that many mothers have with the current state of affairs.

I like it 🙂

personally, I tend to believe that we should have term limits similar to the ones in the land of Obama (often referred to Illinois, or Chicago to be more specific).

First, they serve a term in office.   Then they serve a term in prison.

It would greatly simplify the process and save us tons of tax dollars 🙂
